摘要
在研究稳健优化设计理论的基础上,构建了稳健优化设计系统模型,并应用于传动机械设计中。从传动机械的方案设计阶段中,运用稳健性分析的方法选择较稳健的方案,到详细设计阶段中,主要传动元件参数的稳健优化设计,整个设计过程充分考虑了不确定因素的影响,以提高传动机械的抗干扰能力,保证其质量稳健性。文中对各个功能模块进行了详细的阐述。
On the basis of research on the theory of robust design, a system model for the robust optimal design is constructed and it is used in the design of driving mechanism. In the phase of conceptual design, robust analysis was used to select the more robust planning. In the phase of detailed design, the parameter design of the main part was studied. Noise factors were considered in the whole process of the driving design in order to improve abilities of resisting noise factors and guarantee robustness of quality. In this paper, every functional module was introduced in detail.
