摘要
风力发电机组塔架是由4段短锥形筒通过螺栓连接而成的,对4个连接面进行力学分析,得到受载最大的螺栓连接面。建立详细的法兰螺栓连接几何模型,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS12.0,对不同工况下的法兰螺栓连接进行接触分析,得到各螺栓和法兰的最大应力均小于材料的屈服强度,连接安全可靠。同时计算得到的受载最大螺栓应力值与有限元计算值非常接近,为大型风力发电机螺栓应力计算提供参考。
The wind turbine set tower is connected by four short conical towers through the bolts.The largest loaded bolt connection is obtained by the mechanical analysis of four connected surfaces.The detailed geometric model of the bolt flange is established.By software ANSYS 12.0,the contact analysis of flange bolt is done in different working conditions.The maximum stresses of the bolt and flange are obtained and both are less than the yield strength of the material,So the bolt flange connection is safety.The largest loaded bolt stress is calculated and close to the finite element calculation,which can provide a reference for the bolt stress calculation of large wind turbines.
