摘要
分别利用氢化物及火焰原子吸收光谱法,对恩施及其它产地的不同品牌茶叶中的硒和铜进行测定。结果表明恩施富硒地区茶叶硒含量比其他几种茶叶硒含量要高,硒含量最高的达1.7755mg/kg。所检测几种茶叶中的铜含量在25~45mg/kg之间。方法简单、可靠、快速、有良好的精密性,硒的检出限达到1.8μg/ml,铜的最低检出限为0.01μg/ml。
The total selenium and copper content of tea in Enshi and other deposits were determinated by the hydride generator and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results show that the selenium content of tea in Enshi higher than in the other deposits,the highest selenium content up to 1.7755 mg /kg.the copper content of tea detected in the 25~45 mg /kg between.The method is simple,reliable,fast and good precision,The minimum detection limit of selenium is 1.8 μg /ml,the minimum detection limit of copper is 0.01 μg /ml.
