摘要
应用原子吸收分光光度法分析了景泰盐地枸杞子中微量元素锌、铁、铜、锰含量,方法准确、可靠。结果表明:景泰盐地枸杞子中含有Zn 64μg/g、Fe 18μg/g、Cu 29μg/g、Mn 30μg/g,与宁夏中宁枸杞子相比,含量略有差异。
： Trace elements of Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu in lycium barbarum L. were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in the special Saline- alkali soil in JingTai city; The method is accurate and and with satisfactory resul. The results show that the contents of Zn 64μg/g,Fe 18μg/g ,Cu 29μg/g,Mn 30μg/g , The different between the contents of trace elements in lycium barbarum L. in ZhongWei of NingXia and JingTai city were discussed.
