摘要
本文分析了混凝土泵车布料机构的六种折叠方式,并利用计算机对布料机构进行了模拟仿真。通过仿真,不仅可以对一个新的设计方案进行合理性验证,而且可以直观地、动态地检验各臂在运动中是否发生干涉,机构是否为最优。在运动仿真的基础上,对布料机构计算机自动控制进行了研究,提出~种新的臂型解求解方法,在理论上实现了浇注点到浇注点的自动控制和给定轨迹的自动控制,并根据这一方法对布料机构实现了计算机自动控制仿真。
Six folding Types of placing system of con-crete pump truck are analyzed. Emulation of placingsystem is conducted by computer. Through emulation,not only new design project can be rationally verified,but also the placing booms can be directly and dynamically tested whether the interference is happened andmechanism is optimum. On the basis of movement emu-lation, computer automatic control of placing mechanismis studied and a new boom type is presented. On thetheory, automaic control from one placing point to theanother and automatic control of given trajectory can becarried out. According to this method, computer auto-matic control emulation of placing mechanism can berealized.
