旺拉格-37味丸对正常小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Anti-fatigue Effects of the Normal Mice of Wanglage-37 Pill

摘要 目的:观察旺拉格-37味丸抗疲劳、恢复体力的作用。方法:取30只ICR小鼠,按体重随机分为空白对照组、抗衰复春片组、旺拉格-37组。空白对照组灌胃蒸馏水,抗衰复春片组灌胃抗衰复春片混悬液1.05g/kg,旺拉格-37组灌胃旺拉格-37混悬液2.1g/kg,以0.2mL/10g灌胃,日1次给药,连续灌胃16天。给药第14天观察小鼠疲劳棒耐力时间;第15天观察小鼠游泳至力竭时间和力竭运动后负重游泳的时间;第16天观察小鼠耐缺氧时间。结果:旺拉格-37可明显增加小鼠疲劳转棒落棒时间、增加小鼠负荷游泳时间和力竭运动小鼠负重游泳时间、增加耐缺氧时间,与空白对照组比较组间的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:旺拉格-37味丸具有显著的抗疲劳、耐缺氧、恢复体力的作用。 Objective:To investigate the anti-fatigue and recuperative effects of Wanglage-37 pill.Methods:The 40 ICR mice were randomly divided into starch control group、Wanglage-37pill group and Kangshuaifuchuanpian group.Starch control group are given distilled water intragastric administration,Kangshuaifuchuanpian group are given Kangshuaifuchuanpian suspension1.05g/kg,Wanglage-37pill group are given Wanglage-37 pill suspension 2.1g/kg,as intragastric administration with 0.2mL/10g once a day,continue to have16 days.At administration of the first 14 days,to observe the fatigue rod endurance time in mice;At the first 15 days,to observe the Swimming time to exhaustion in mice and the swimming after exhaustive exercise load time;At the first 16 days,to observe mouse hypoxia time.Results:Wanglage-37 pill obviously increased the fatigue rod endurance time in mice,the Swimming time to exhaustion in mice,the swimming after exhaustive exercise load time and mouse hypoxia time,compared with starch control group P〈0.05.Conclusion:Wanglage-37 pill has significant anti-fatigue、 anti-anoxia and recuperative effects.
