黑加仑提取物抗疲劳作用与GAT-2、Scd-2基因的关系 被引量:1

The effect of GAT-2 and Scd-2 on the anti-fatigue of black currant extracts

摘要 目的探讨黑加仑提取物对疲劳小鼠脑组织中γ-氨基丁酸转运体2(GAT-2)、硬脂酰基-辅酶A去饱和酶2(stearoyl-CoA desaturas-2,Scd-2)基因表达的影响。方法选择健康BALB/c雄性小鼠随机分为运动+服药组、运动组、安静对照组,建立运动性疲劳模型后,运用RT-PCR技术对小鼠脑组织中的基因表达进行分析。结果运动+服药组脑组织中GAT-2、Scd-2基因的光亮度较运动组和安静对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在本试验条件下,黑加仑提取物可消除大强度训练过程中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)诱发的疲劳作用,其作用亦与脑组织中的Scd-2基因表达有关联。 Objective The genes expressions of GAT-2 and Scd-2 were studied in the central nervous system(CNS) of the mice to discuss the effect of black currant extracts on exercise-induced fatingue. Methods BALB /c mice were randomly divided into control group,exercise-training group,administered-drug group,after building the model of fatigued animal,the genes expressions were analyzed among three groups by RT-PCR. Results The genes expressions of GAT-2、Scd-2 were obvious different in the brain of exercise-training group and administered-drug group than that of normal rest group ( P 0. 05 ). Conclusion Black currant extracts could reduce exercise-induced fatigue which induced by GABA,exercise-induced fatigue was correlated with Scd-2.
