摘要
拍合式磁路是在民用继电器领域应用较为广泛的一种磁路结构。本文先对各种拍合式结构的磁保持继电器的磁路原理进行分析,然后以某拍合式电磁继电器为基础,根据具体尺寸及反力特性,通过分析计算,进行磁保持型继电器磁路结构的选取和参数设计。在此基础上,通过试验设计方法,分析磁路装配过程中各因素对吸力的影响。
Clapper- type magnetic circuit is a widespread magnetic structure applied in the civil field of re- lays. In this paper, first of all, magnetic circuit principle of kinds of clapper - type structure of latching relay is an- alyzed, and then a clapper -type electromagnetic relay as the basis, according to the specific size and counterforce characteristics, the selection of magnetic structure and parameter values are determined through the analysis and calculation. Finally, the influence of various factors on attractive force of the magnetic circuit during assembly process is analyzed by the experimental design method.
