石楠褐斑病菌的生物学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为给石楠褐斑病的有效防治提供理论依据,采用菌丝生长速率法和悬滴法,对影响石楠褐斑病菌菌株CE08菌丝生长和病原菌分生孢子萌发的条件进行了研究。结果表明:最适合CE08菌丝生长的培养基为PSA,最适温度为25℃,最适宜pH值7~8;菌丝对葡萄糖和硝酸钾利用效果最好;最适合病菌分生孢子萌发的温度为30℃,最适pH值6~7,高于85%的高湿度是分生孢子萌发的必要条件,而且在水滴中萌发最好,营养物质能促进孢子萌发。 The mycelium growth of CE08 Cercospora eriobotryae strain and its conidium germination condition of pathogenic bacterium were studied by mycelium growth rate and pendant-drop methods to provide the theoretical basis for effective control of brown spot in Photinia.The results showed that the optimum medium,temperature and pH for mycelium growth of CE08 strain were PAS,25℃ and 7~8 respectively,the optimum temperature,pH and humidity for its conidium germination were 30℃,6~7 and more than 85% separately,and the pendant-drop method could promote conidium germination effectively.
