转RIPs基因甜菜抗褐斑病性鉴定及生理特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 甜菜是重要的糖料作物之一,甜菜生产中病害较多,使其产量和品质受到严重威胁。核糖体失活蛋白(R IPs)是1类具有抑制病菌生长增殖的蛋白质,对真菌、细菌、病毒等具有广谱抗性。本实验对第1代转R IPs基因甜菜进行抗褐斑病鉴定,对鉴定植株的某些生理特性进行研究,结果表明R IPs基因不但可以提高甜菜对褐斑病的抗性,而且对甜菜植株的生长和生理代谢没有产生负面影响。 Sugar beet(Beta vulgaris L.) is an important sugar crop in the world,but its yield and quality are attacked severely by many diseases.Ribosome inactivation protein(RIPs) is a kind of protein which could inhibition the development and increase of pathogenic bacteria,which have broad spectrum resistance to fungi,bacterial and virus.In paper,brown spot resistance and physiological characters of the first generation of transgenic sugar beet with RIP gene have been researched.The result showed that the RIP gene can improve the resistance to brown spot of sugar beet,moreover,there are no negative effects in growth and physiological metabolizing after translating RIP to sugar beet.T
