摘要
目的对药用单子叶植物四细胞型气孔的组成、类型和分布类群进行观察研究。方法自行采集鉴定标本材料,制作叶片或幼茎表面切片,观察研究常见单子叶植物气孔的显微形态。结果四细胞型气孔有别于一般药用双子叶植物气孔类型,只在药用单子叶植物类群中分布。结论四细胞型气孔是一个独立的、药用单子叶植物特有的气孔类型,丰富了《药用植物学》教学内容,为进一步补充和完善药用单子叶植物种类的显微分类特征提供基本资料。关键词:单子叶植物;四细胞型气孔;气孔类型;
Objective To observe and study the composition, type and distribution of four cell stoma of medicinal plant monocotyledon, Methods to collect and identify sample materials by ourselves, and make superficial section of blade and caulicle. To observe the micro - feature of Stoma of monocotyledon. Result Four cell stoma is different from general dicotyledon, which only distributes among monocotyledon. Conclusion Four cell stoma is an independent type of medicinal monocotyledon, which enriches Medicinal Botany. And it provide basic data for further supplement and consummate the micro - feature of medicinal monocotyledon.
