摘要
目的:针对"白毛夏枯草"常与"夏枯草"混用的情况,为了更安全、准确地使用两味药材,对夏枯草Pru-nella vulgaris Linn.与白毛夏枯草Ajuga decumbens Thunb.进行比较研究。方法:对两者的根、茎、叶、花和种子等5个部分进行性状鉴定及显微鉴定。结果:两者根的横切面和叶柄切面区别不明显,茎横切面在形状、维管束结构方面区别明显。两者种子切片最大的区别在于有无表面浅沟、沟缘特化的棕黄色毛状突起、果脐外V型厚角组织,还有是否厚壁细胞排列有凸起。两者花粉粒、叶表面气孔指数、栅表比、气孔类型及花冠筒的毛环和腺毛结构也有诸多区别。结论:上述特征可作为夏枯草和白毛夏枯草药材的鉴别依据。
Ajuga decumbens Thunb. is superficially similar to Prunella vulgaris Linn. and has been used as a substitution of the latter for along time. Systemalical studies on external and internal structure were carried out on the two species. By means of studies on root, stem, leaf, flower and seed, morphological characters of histology were examined and described.
