摘要
目的探讨血浆中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化在复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者的诊断和治疗中的价值。方法实验采用比色法、硫代巴比妥酸法(改良TBA法)测定了52例ROU患者治疗前后及50例健康者血浆中T-SOD、Mn-SOD、CuZn-SOD活性和MDA的含量。结果ROU组与正常对照组相比较,血浆中T-SOD、CuZn-SOD活性和MDA含量有明显增高(P<0.05),而ROU治疗后组与ROU组血浆中T-SOD、Mn-SOD活性和MDA含量有显著性差异(P<0.05),ROU治疗后组与正常对照组相比较则没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论本实验结果为临床治疗ROU选择适当剂量以及预后提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment value of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), Mn-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD), CuZn-superoxide dismutase(Zn-SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in plasma for recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Methods T-SOD, Mn-SOD, Zn-SOD activity and MDA content in plasma from 52 ROU patients before and after treatment and 50 healthy volunteers were measured with colorimetry and modified TBA colorimetry. Results T-SOD, Mn-SOD activity and MDA content decreased obviously after treatment ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference ( P >0.05)between the cured group and the healthy volunteers. Conclusion The results has offered basis for dosage selection and prognosis assessment.
