摘要
目的研究珍珠滴丸的化腐生肌作用。方法分别选用醋酸、苯酚、白色念珠菌、表皮葡萄球菌建立大鼠口腔溃疡模型,观察珍珠滴丸的化腐生肌作用。结果珍珠滴丸给药后可明显缩短大鼠口腔黏膜溃疡50%愈合时间。结论珍珠滴丸能明显加快溃疡创面的愈合,对细菌感染小鼠致死有不同程度的保护作用。
Objective To study the function of ulcer removal and cicatrisation of Pearl drop pills. Methods The rat oral ulcer model was established by acetic acid, phenol, albicans saccharomyces, staphylococcus epidermidis, respectively. Then the function of ulcer removal and cicatrisation of Pearl drop pills was observed. Results The pearl drop pills can obviously shorten 50% concrescence time of rats＇ oral ulcer. Conclusion Pearl drop pills can evidently promote cicatrizations of rats＇ oral ulcer and have different protection on mouse infected by bacteria.
