摘要
目的 探索再现上颌中切牙色彩新方法。方法 作者 1995～ 1998年间采用内染色技术为 2 2单位行金属烤瓷修复的患者再现上颌中切牙的色彩。结果 2 2单位采用内染色技术再现上颌中切牙色彩是成功的。结论 与混色法、插色法和外染色相比 ,内染色技术是目前一种较为理想 ,切实可行表达上颌中切牙各种色彩的方法。
Objective To search for new methods to reproduce the color of upper central incisors.Methods The author used the internal live stain technique to restore the color of maxillary central incisors for 22 patients between 1995 and 1998.Results The 22 cases were successful in expressing the typical color type of maxillary central incisors using intemal live stain technique.The 86.4% of the 22 cases could not be distinguished by nonprofessionals.The 3 cases could be identified because of the darkened non vital roots.The 18.1% of the 22 cases could be told by professionals.ConclusionComparing with the powder mixed technique and the insertion technique,the new internal live stain technique is a practical and effective method in expressing the typical color type of maxillary central incisors.
