摘要
使用问卷调查和深度访谈为研究工具,通过对安徽省内某普通高校大学英语教师的调查,旨在揭示大学英语教师在职专业发展的现状,特别是自主发展和合作发展状况,并提出大学英语教师在职专业发展的若干途径。
By conducting questionnaire and interview research among in--service college English teachers, the paper aims to explore the current state of their professional development, with the emphasis on their self--development and collaborative development. Then coping measures are proposed.
