摘要
智能用电措施对于提升电力系统的灵活性具有显著的作用。从时间周期以及实施主体2个角度对智能用电措施进行划分,重点分析了智能用电措施对系统经济性以及可靠性的影响,详细论证了实施智能用电措施的成本效益及其实施的主要条件,为实现高效灵活的电力系统和保障供电可靠性提供了有益的思路。
Whereas smart electricity measures play an important role in enhancing the flexibility of the power system, this study categorizes the measures according to the timed period and the implementation entity, and conducts an in-depth analysis on the impacts of the measures on the economy and reliability of the system. Following the line of analysis, the dynamics of cost and benefit of the smart electricity measures in the implementation process is discussed in detail with the main conditions for the implementation provided. The present study can serve as a useful reference in realizing the efficient and flexible electricity system and ensuring reliable power supply.
