摘要
基于功能组分解原理,提出了同时考虑变电站主接线形式和高压配电网结构的可靠性评估模型;建立了包括系统性指标和节点性指标的可靠性指标体系;基于潮流计算和最优理论,建立了反映系统故障行为和优化校正行为的可靠性评估算法。并将上述方法应用于某市2015年高压配电网结构方案的可靠性评估。研究表明,通过该方法得到的高压配电网可靠性评估结果真实可信,该方法具有良好的应用前景。
Based on the principle of function group decomposition, which decomposes the electric network into topological structures of function groups according to the extent of main protection, this paper propses a reliability evaluation method taking into account both the substation bus arrangement and the HVDN structure. A reliability evaluation system including the systematic and nodical indexes is established. Based on power flow computation and optimization theory, a reliability evaluation algorithm is also established to reflect system failure behaviors and optimized rectification behaviors. The proposed method is applied to the reliability evaluation of the HVDN structure schemes of a certain city for the year 2015. Stuides suggest that the results of the HVDN reliability evaluation obtained with the method are credible and reliable, and therefore the method has good prospects of application.
