摘要
针对绿色照明节电技术在用电终端大规模推广使用的可能性问题,基于成本效益分析基本原理,分别从用户、电网企业、发电企业和全社会四个方面分析了在用电终端采用绿色照明节电技术的成本效益,并对影响各利益主体成本效益的关键因素进行敏感性分析。算例分析结果表明,在用电终端实施绿色照明节电技术可行,且用户补贴率和居民消费电价是决定用电端推广绿色照明节电技术可行性的关键因素。
For the possibility of large-scale promotion of green illumination energy-saving technology in the electricity end-user market, based on the cost-benefit analysis basic theory, the cost-benefit of green illumination energy-saving tech- nology in electricity end-use market is anaIyzed from four aspects o{ users, power grid companies, power generation com- panies and society. And then it makes a sensitivity analysis for the key factors affected whole stakeholders. Numerical case analysis result shows that it is feasible to implement green illumination energy-saving technology in electricity end-use market, and user subsidies and consumer tariff are the key factors to determine the feasibility of promotion green illumina- tion energy-saving technology in electricity end-use market.
