委托代理的四种契约关系 被引量：11

摘要 委托人与代理人之间存在的契约关系分为正式契约、关系契约、心理契约和社会契约,本文重点阐述了四种契约关系的内涵,分析了四种契约之间的相互关系,并提出四种契约在实践中的应用。
