摘要
对于回转体零件,在CAD设计过程中考虑到尺寸链的关系及零件的实际加工精度的需要,其尺寸一般是按照零件的设计基准来标注的。而在采用型面法来描述零件的CAPP中,我们必须要获得各型面的轴向尺寸。本文提出了用尺寸联系图矩阵求解方法把CAD的标注信息转换为CAPP零件各元素的实际尺寸。
In CAPP for rotational parts whose part prototype is describled by surface elements, we should find the axial measurements of each element.But generally the part is indicated by the design datum according to the relationship of measurement chains and the needed machine precise in pratical.This paper puts forward a method to solve the matrix of the measurement relational graph to transfer the CAD design information to real element values of rotational parts.
