摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,医疗市场环境发生了巨大变化。医院要想在激烈的市场竞争中获得发展空间,关键在于管理的科学化,实现医院管理科学化的基础和前提是院长职业化。作者在分析比较了国内外医院院长职业化现状和趋势后,论述了国内公立医院推行院长职业化的必要性和障碍,并提出推行院长职业化的措施和保障。
With the increasingly deepening of reform on the health services system,the medical service market environment had great changes.The key point for hospitals to obtain development space in the intense market competition is scientific management.The foundation and premise of scientific hospitals management is the professional directors.By analyzing the status and development tendency of hospitals＇ professional directors at home and abroad,the necessity and obstacle of implementing the professional directors is studied in China,and the measures to promote the professional directors of public hospita1s have been put forward.
