摘要
新医改突出强调"坚持公共医疗卫生的公益性质",作为公共医疗卫生服务体系重要主体的医院如何回归"公益性",是医院经营方式和运行模式的改革中,不能回避的问题。就目前我国医院公益性缺失的主要表现及其成因进行分析,以期为医院改革过程中的公益性回归找到解决途径。
The new medical reform highlights ＂adhering to the public welfare of public health and to medical services＂. Hos- pital, as a main part of the public health service system, how to return its public welfare has become an unavoidable issue in the reform of hospital management and operation mode. This paper analyzes the performance and causes of the absence of hospitals＇ dilution of commonweal in China, in order to find the approaches of regression of the public welfare during the medical reform.
