摘要
人的可靠性研究是系统可靠性研究的一项重要内容。现在越来越多的企业走向大型化、连续化、自动化道路,企业员工接触各种大型设备的机会越来越多,一旦员工出现人为误操作,便可能发生重大事故,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失,也很可能造成环境污染。因此,提高人的可靠性分析即可减少人员的误操作。本文主要对人的可靠性分析、人的可靠性评估以及人的可靠性管理三大方面进行探讨。首先,概述了人的可靠性研究发展经历的两个阶段和可靠性数据不足之处。其次,对人的可靠性研究方法进行汇总,并且对第一代和第二代的HRA进行描述。同时,提出了人的可靠性评估步骤与管理建议。最后,根据所作的工作,提出一些研究的难点和前景,以便使其更好地服务于工业化生产。
Study on human reliability is one important part of research about system reliability.More and more enterprises are large,continuous and automated,and more and more chance are taken to operate a variety of large equipment.Once staff has human errors,it may cause a major accident,which can easily lead to heavy casualties and property losses and cause environmental pollution.Therefore,improving the human reliability analysis is useful for reducing the staff misuse.In this paper three major aspects of human reliability were summarized from the human reliability analysis,human reliability assessment and management were summarized.Firstly,the two phases of the human experience of the reliability and the shortcomings of data were overviewed in the paper.Secondly,the research methods of reliability were summarized,and the first and second generation of HRA were described.Meanwhile,the human reliability assessment proposed steps and management recommendations were proposed in the paper.Finally,some difficulty or the prospect for more research were proposed in order to serve the industrialization production well.
