摘要
:针对目前在海上安全管理中,强调对人为失误的控制和预防,要求安全管理人员深入了解人为失误在事故中的作用机理,掌握预防人为失误的有关知识这一趋势.在亚当斯的事故因果连锁模型的基础上,分析了事故中人为失误不同的表现形式、作用机理、产生的原因和其影响因素,阐述了预防人为失误的主要原则和方法.安全理论的应用,将有利于进一步减少海事的发生,增进海上安全.
In view of the situation focusing on controlling and decreasing human faults on the safe management at sea. The safe manager was required to know more about the effect mechanism in accidents and precautions of the human fault. This paper analyses the effect mechanism, the cause and the effecting element of human faults, and expounds the main principal of its precautions. The usage of Safety Theory will be beneficial to decrease the accident and enhance the safety at sea.
