摘要
针对事故预防中直接危险源控制系统的完备性和有效性问题,以能量意外转移理论为基础,根据现代安全科学的观点及危险源定义,深入分析各种直接危险源的能量特征,将直接危险源分为显性直接危险源和隐性直接危险源,并分别研究两类直接危险源的控制系统的组成。研究结果表明,两类直接危险源的事故发生机理明显不同,隐性直接危险源的能量必须转化为事故能量后才能导致事故发生,因此两类直接危险源的控制系统组成也不一样,显性直接危险源的控制系统由3个子系统组成,而隐性直接危险源的控制系统由4个子系统组成。通过相关实例验证,直接危险源控制理论对企业事故预防具有理论指导意义。
Aiming at the questions of completeness and validity in direct hazard control, based on the theory of un- expected energy transferring, according to the modern safety science viewpoints and the definition of hazard, the energy features of different kinds of direct hazards were analyzed, and the direct hazard was divided into implicit and explicit direct hazard, and the composition of the two kinds of direct hazards control system were studied re- spectively. It showed that the accident happening mechanism of the two kinds of direct hazards are different obvi- ously, implicit direct hazards must convert to accident energy before its developing to accident. So the composition of the two kinds of direct hazards are not same too, the control system of explicit direct hazard has 3 subsystems, while the implicit hazard has 4 subsystems. Through the relevant cases testing, the theory of direct hazard control can be the theoretical guidance for the accident prevention in enterprise.
