摘要
随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,近年我国高校承担的科研项目和筹措的科研经费均呈现大幅增长趋势。由于体制、观念以及管理等方面原因,高校科研经费管理存在着诸多问题。为了进一步提高高校科研经费管理水平和资金使用效益,应该完善高校科研经费管理体制,转变高校科研经费管理理念,加强科研固定资产、无形资产和项目结余经费管理。
With the rapid development of higher education,scientific research projects undertaken by Chinese universities and the funds for scientific research have showed a trend of significant growth.Due to the reasons of system,awareness and management,there are many problems about the management of university＇s research funds.To further improve the management and the capital efficiency of scientific research funds,we should improve the management system and transform the management philosophy of university research funds,strengthen management of fixed assets,intangible assets and the balances of funds.
