摘要
科研经费是普通高校开展科研工作的重要物质基础,如何合理有效地利用科研经费是科研管理的重要内容之一。目前高校对科研经费管理不够规范,普遍存在着科研资金和资产流失严重、科研项目成本难以核算、科研经费使用效益不高、科研成果的产业化程度低等问题,针对这些问题提出了加强高校科研经费管理的对策。
Scientific research funds are an important material base for carrying out scientific researches in common universities. How to use the research funds rationally and efficiently is one of the key contents in the management of scientific researches. Currently the management of scientific research funds in universities does not conform to the standard. Several common problems exist, such as serious losses of scientific research funds and properties, difficult to perform the cost accounting for scientific research projects, low beneficial result come out from the scientific research funds, and low industrializations of the scientific research achievement. Aimed to these existing problems, a countermeasure is proposed in this paper to enhance the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.
