摘要
目的研究小剂量心律平、胺碘酮、安搏律定三药合用抗心律失常作用。方法舌下ｉｖ乌头碱（Ａｃ）诱发大鼠心律失常，观察心律平（Ｐｒｏ）、胺碘酮（Ａｍｉ）、安搏律定（Ａｐｒ）单用及合用对心律失常的作用。结果每日单独使用Ｐｒｏ１２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、Ａｍｉ４０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、Ａｐｒ２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１可推迟Ａｃ诱发的室性心律失常出现时间及缩短其持续时间；而Ｐｒｏ４０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、Ａｍｉ２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、Ａｐｒ４ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１无显著抗心律失常作用；联合应用Ｐｒｏ２６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、Ａｍｉ１３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１及Ａｐｒ２６ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１则有显著抗心律失常作用。结论三药联合应用不仅可保持一定疗效，也可大大减少各药剂量。
Objective To study the anti arrhythmias of combination of propafenone(Pro), aprinodine (Apr) and amiodarone (Ami) at lower dose. Methods The arrhythmias in rats was induced by sublingual iv aconitin. Results Pro 120 mg·kg -1 , Apr 20 mg·kg -1 and Ami 40 mg·kg -1 ig alone could markedly inhibit arrhythmias respectively; Pro 40 mg·kg -1 ; Ami 20 mg·kg -1 and Apr 4 mg·kg -1 alone did not show marked effects on arrhythmias, but combination of Ami (13 0 mg·kg -1 ),Pro (26 0 mg·kg -1 ) and Apr (2 6 mg·kg -1 ) significantly inhibited arrhythmias. Conclusion The combination of Pro, Ami and Apr not only kept certain effect but also reduced their dose markedly.
