摘要
就抗心律失常药安搏律定对急性心肌梗塞犬心脏传导系统(13项指标)的电生理影响进行了研究。14只犬人工制成心肌梗塞模型,分为盐水空白对照组与用药组(2.8mg/kg,i.v.)两组。结果显示,用药后A-H,H-V间期平均分别延长15.1ms(31.3%)和5.5ms(18.6%),P<0.05。A-FRP用药后平均延长18.8ms(12.0%)。还就本课题与国内外文献资料(犬和人)作了比较,并对其临床意义进行了讨论。
The electrophysiologic effects of aprindine on the cardiac conduction system in dogs with acute myocadial infarction (AMI) were studied. A total of 14 dogs with artificial AMI were divided into two groups, the one with 0.9% saline (NS, 1.5ml/ min, i.v.) and the other with aprindine (AP, total 2.8mg/kg, i.v.). All dogs were anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital (30mg/kg, i.v.). Pacing both atrium and ventricle in incremental and programmed extrastimulation techniques were used respectively for examination of the electrophysiologic properties of the cardiac conduction system. All-the course of intervention in control were repeated after intravenous AP every time. His bundle electrogram (HBE), electrogram of fcigh right atrium (HRA), and I, avF, V1 and V6 of electrocardiogram were recorded simultaneously. The results showed that all of the indexes (13 items) after administration of NS changed insignificantly (P>0.05)i after administration of AP A-H, H-V, and A-FRP prolonged 15.1ms (31.3%), 5.5ms (18.6%), and 18.8ms (12.0%), respectively (P<0.05); and the other indexes changed insignificantly. Based on the ' experimental results,the paper discussed the use of AP in clinical practice.
