钙是人体中含量最为丰富的矿物元素,但也是人类营养学上最普遍缺乏的元素。在选择钙营养强化剂时,必须充分考虑钙的含量、溶解度、吸收率、口感等钙剂自身因素,以及钙吸收促进剂、产品类型、消费对象等其它客观因素,才能实现安全、高效、经济补钙的目的。
Calcium is one of the most abundant mineral element in our body, which is also the most universal deficiency in human beings' nutrition. In order to choose the suitable kind of calcium fortifier calcium enriched food, some considerations should be fully carried out, including calcium content, solubility, absorbility and some other factors of the fortification itself, as well as the promoter of calcium absorption, the type of product and the consumer etc. The product can only be successfully made in this way and realize the purpose of calcium supplement to our body safely, effectively and economically.
