摘要
目的:以党参的产量、浸出物与党参炔苷含量为观察指标,评价党参种植中喷施党参壮根灵对其质量的影响。方法:以重量法计算产量,热回流法测定浸出物,HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量。结果:重量法能切实反映其产量;热回流法能准确测定浸出物;HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量,党参炔苷进样量在0.19～0.96μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),精密度试验的RSD为1.2%(n=5),重复性试验的RSD为1.6%(n=6),平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论:喷施党参壮根灵使党参单位种植面积的产量平均提高36%,单位质量的浸出物维持不变,而单位质量的党参炔苷含量平均降低20%,这为科学种植和保证党参质量提供了参考依据。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Dangshen Zhuanggenling on quality of Codondpisis pilosula according to the extracts of codonopsis and the content of lobetyolin.Methods：Yield was calculated by gravimetric method,extract was determined by thermal reflux and the content of lobetyolin was analyzed by HPLC.Results：These methods were applied to determinae yield,extracts of codonopsis and the content of Codondpisis pilosula.A good linearity was demonstrated between 0.19-0.96 μg（r=0.9997）.The RSDs of precision and repeatability were 1.2%（n=5） and 1.6%（n=6）,respectively;The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.8%（n=6）.Conclusions：Yields of Codondpisis pilosula on unit acreage increased by about 36% after using Dangshen Zhuanggenling,the extracts remained constant,while the content of lobetyolin reduced by 20%.This study provides a reference for the quality control and scientific cultivation of Codondpisis pilosula.
