摘要
目的:以党参的产量、浸出物与党参炔苷含量为观察指标,评价党参种植中喷施党参壮根灵对其质量的影响。方法:以重量法计算产量,热回流法测定浸出物,HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量。结果:重量法能切实反映其产量;热回流法能准确测定浸出物;HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量,党参炔苷进样量在0.19~0.96μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),精密度试验的RSD为1.2%(n=5),重复性试验的RSD为1.6%(n=6),平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论:喷施党参壮根灵使党参单位种植面积的产量平均提高36%,单位质量的浸出物维持不变,而单位质量的党参炔苷含量平均降低20%,这为科学种植和保证党参质量提供了参考依据。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Dangshen Zhuanggenling on quality of Codondpisis pilosula according to the extracts of codonopsis and the content of lobetyolin.Methods:Yield was calculated by gravimetric method,extract was determined by thermal reflux and the content of lobetyolin was analyzed by HPLC.Results:These methods were applied to determinae yield,extracts of codonopsis and the content of Codondpisis pilosula.A good linearity was demonstrated between 0.19-0.96 μg(r=0.9997).The RSDs of precision and repeatability were 1.2%(n=5) and 1.6%(n=6),respectively;The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.8%(n=6).Conclusions:Yields of Codondpisis pilosula on unit acreage increased by about 36% after using Dangshen Zhuanggenling,the extracts remained constant,while the content of lobetyolin reduced by 20%.This study provides a reference for the quality control and scientific cultivation of Codondpisis pilosula.
