摘要
人参叶片展叶前喷施 30 0 0mg·L-1的B9或 4 0 0mg·L-1的PP3 3 3 后 ,人参植株的叶片面积、叶柄长、茎长和花梗长降低 ,茎直径增加 ,叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率显著提高 ,PP3 3 3
Effects of B 9 and PP 333 on the growth and leaf photosynthetic characteristic were investigated in Panax ginseng plants. Leaf area,length of petiole, stem and flower stick were decreased after spraying with 3 000 mg·L -1 B 9 or 400 mg·L -1 PP 333 . The results also showed that diameter of stem, chlorophyll content, ratio of chl a/b , net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were increased. PP 333 showed more effect in compare with B 9 .
