摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定加味香连丸中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量。方法:采用Waters SunFire C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(50:50,v/v),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长225 nm,柱温为室温。结果:木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的浓度分别在2.65～26.52μg.mL-1(r=0.9998)和2.51～25.07μg.mL-1(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.7%和100.0%。结论:本方法快速简便,重复性好,专属性强,可作为加味香连丸的质量控制方法之一。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Jiawei Xianglian pills.Methods：The analytical was carried out with Waters SunFire C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（50∶50,v/v） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 225 nm.Results：The calibration curves were linear within the range of 2.65-26.52 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998） for costunolide and 2.51-25.07 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998） for dehydrocostuslactone;The average recoveries were 99.7% for costunolide and 100.0% for dehydrocostuslactone.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and precise,and applicable for the determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Jiawei Xianglian pills.
