摘要
介绍香兰素和乙基香兰素的合成方法，并综述了近十年来香兰素和乙基香兰素合成技术的新进展，同时对草酸电解法、对羟基苯甲醛法以及生物转化法等新技术作了若干展望。
In this paper most usual synthesis methods of vanillin and ethyl vanillin are introduced, and the advances in synthess processes of vanillin during the past decade(such as lignin process, electrochemical process and bioconversion process ) are reviewed.
