关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨创伤的应用 被引量：42

摘要 目的探讨关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨创伤的临床效果。方法分析自2006年6月至2009年1月,我科治疗了34例膝关节骨创伤,其中胫骨平台骨折25例,股骨单髁骨折5例,髌骨骨折4例。采用关节镜微创技术辅助复位内固定,其中股骨髁及胫骨平台骨折病例经皮2~3枚拉力螺钉固定,髌骨骨折有限切开复位张力带固定。结果本组患者均经随访,时间8个月至1年半,除1例平台塌陷约3 mm外,其余均愈合。按M erchant评分关节功能优28例,良5例,可1例。优良率97.1%。结论关节镜微创技术是治疗简单膝关节骨创伤的较为理想的方法。
