摘要
:目的 研究关节镜技术在胫骨外侧平台骨折治疗中的作用。方法 对 6例 Schatzker 型骨折和 10例Schatzker 型骨折的患者进行关节镜监控下的复位内固定 ,并行相应的关节镜手术。对手术并发症、近远期膝关节功能恢复恢复情况进行研究。结果 所有患者均无明显手术并发症 ,近远期膝关节功能恢复满意。结论 对 Schatzker 、 型骨折 。
Objective:To study the application value of arthroscopic technique in the treatment of lateral tibial plateau fractures.Method:Open reduction and internal fixation were performed to six Schatzker’s type Ⅰ and ten Schatzker type Ⅲ tibial plateau fractures,assisted with arthroscopic technique.The complications of this kind of surgery,the late and long-term functional recovery were studied.Results:No surgical complication occurred in all patients,and the short-term and long-term functional recovery was satisfied.Conclusion:For Schatzker Ⅰ and Ⅲ type fractures,arthroscopic technique is an effective assistant way of treatment.
