A New Method of UFLS/UVLS Based on Multi-agent Technology

摘要 随着互联大电网的电压、频率稳定问题日益复杂,其分析和控制应进一步在全局范围内协调考虑。传统的低频低压减负荷控制方法,对分散安装在各地的控制装置缺乏协调,不利于实现系统整体控制的实时协调和优化。文中提出一种基于多代理技术实现多个就地减负荷控制装置协调动作的新方法。其核心思想是基于节点电压频率动态的空间分布特性,并计及当前工况及系统受扰程度自动调整减负荷控制策略。IEEE 14节点系统及国内某实际电网的时域仿真结果均验证了该方法的有效性。 As the voltage and frequency stability problems of an interconnected power system are becoming increasingly complicated, emphasis should be further placed on coordination in a global perspective for their analysis and control. As traditional under frequency load shedding (UFLS) and under voltage load shedding (UVLS) devices operate independently using local frequency or voltage measurements, it is difficult to achieve real-time coordination and optimization of system-wide control. A new multi-agent system (MAS) based UFLS/UVLS method is presented to coordinate load shedding devices with local and remote information so as to guarantee control performance with less load shedding cost. Its key concept is based on the space distribution characteristics of voltage and frequency dynamics of different load buses while allowing for automatic adjustment of the load shedding control strategy according to the current system operating condition and the degree of disturbance. Time domain simulation results of the IEEE 14-bus power system and a real power system of China demonstrate the effectiveness of the new UFLS/UVLS scheme.
