摘要
紧急控制中的低频减载和低压减载策略作为第三道防线的重要内容,已经在电力系统中广泛加以采用,对防止系统稳定破坏具有重要意义。在分析和总结国内外低频减载和低压减载方面主要研究工作的基础上,归纳了目前切负荷方案的优缺点,着重指出系统受到大的扰动时,电压稳定和频率稳定均受到威胁,仅考虑频率或电压单一变量的切负荷策略是不可靠的。因此,新提出的紧急减负荷策略还需要考虑系统网络拓扑的变化,以及频率稳定和电压稳定的相互影响,以实现切负荷的动态自适应性。
Under frequency load shedding and under-voltage load shedding, as the effective emergency control strategies in the third defense line of power system, are widely used and play significant roles in preventing power system from being unstable. Based on the analysis of the main research on load shedding at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of the current load shedding schemes are introduced. When power system comes across a severe disturbance, its frequency and voltage stability will be threatened simultaneously. It is not reliable just taking a single factor, namely the frequency or voltage, into consideration. The new schemes should take power system's topology change into account and consider the interaction between the frequency and voltage stability. Therefore, the dynamic and adaptive feature of load shedding schemes will be realized.
