摘要
电力系统的严重事故会使电压、频率恶性下降 ,并可能导致系统崩溃。重点介绍了作为此时紧急控制措施的第三道稳定防线中防止频率过度下降的主要手段 :低频减载 ,包括传统低频减载方案、半适应方案和自适应方案。基于专家系统在低频减负荷中的应用 ,讨论了遗传算法、神经网络、模糊理论等算法。并叙述了低频减载装置的发展与方向。
A catastrophic voltage and freguency drop in a power system may occurred under serious faults and will probably lead to system collapse. The third stable defencing line, which must be emergently controlled under serious fault is described and the major methods for prevention of excessive drop of frequency --low frequency load shedding covering traditional low frequeney load shedding scheme, semi-adaptable scheme and self-adaptable scheme.Due to the use of expert system, the hereditary algorithm, neurat net and fussy theory algorithm are discussed and the developing future of the low-freguency load shedding device is also discribed.
