摘要
目的建立大黄酸的提取工艺。方法以大黄酸含量为指标,采用正交试验法,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果大黄酸的最佳提取工艺为:大黄粉加10倍量的55%乙醇,浸泡0.5 h,55℃回流提取2次,每次1.0 h。结论该提取工艺合理,操作简单,无有毒有机溶剂残留,产品安全,易实现工业化生产。
Purpose To establish the extraction process of rhein from rhubarb(R.officinale Baill).Methods The optimistic extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and the acquisition ratio of rhei acts as the examination standard.Results The optimistic extraction condition obtained is adding 10 times of extractant volume of 55% medical grade alcohol,soaking 0.5 h and refluxing at 55 ℃ for 1 hour(totally extracting for 2 times).Conclusion The procedure is reasonable,simple and easy to operate.The extracted rhein contains no poisonous residue of organic solvents and is safe as product.
