摘要
近年来,传统名茶沩山毛尖得到了较大的发展,但还存在修剪不到位、部分茶园有渍水现象、采摘较粗放、加工设备不配套等问题。提出应从引进茶树良种、加强茶园管理、提高茶树栽培水平、建立林-茶体系新茶园、规范沩山毛尖加工技术、重视沩山毛尖文化研究等方面来解决问题。
The traditional famous tea Weishanmaojian has got a dramatic development in recent years,but there are still many problems in its production,such as inadequate pruning of tea plants,waterlogging phenomenon in some of tea plantation,extensive plucking,non-match processing equipment,etc..To solve these problems,the following measures should be implemented： introducing the improved variety of tea,strengthening management of tea garden,improving tea cultivation,establishing new garden with forest-tea system,standardizing processing technology for Weishanmaojian,and emphasizing on the research of Weishanmaojian＇s culture.
