摘要
新员工的入职培训是企业人力资源培训体系的重要环节,使高学历人才"引得进、干得好、留得住"更是培训的重中之重。很多企业将培训重点放在岗位应用知识、技能培训上,却忽视了对新员工的心态培训,从而导致人才流失严重,培训有效性不高。文章围绕高学历新员工的心态培训展开,就心态培训的意义、内容和培训方法进行了初步探讨,便于企业通过行之有效的心态培训加快新员工组织社会化的过程,增强对企业的认同感,成为真正的企业人。
New employees induction is an important part of human resource training system ,and highly educated people "attracted into, well done, keep them" is the most important training. Many enterprises always focus on the job training, post application of knowledge, skills training, and ignore the mentality training of new employees, which led to serious brain drain, inefficient training. The article focuses on the mentality training of highly educated new employees, discusses the significance, content and methods of training. A manager of an enterprise can speed up the process of organizational socialization, enhance the corporate identity and become a true business person through effective mentality training for new staff.
