摘要
研究了新试剂１－（２－羟基－３，５－二硝基苯基）－３－（４－（苯基偶氮）苯基）－三氮烯（ＨＤＮＰＡＰＴ），在ＮａＯＨ介质中，非离子表面活性剂ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００存在下，与银离子的显色反应，研究结果表明，ＨＤＮＰＡＰＴ试剂与银离子形成２：１的红色配合物，配合物的λｍａｘ＝５４０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数为５．４１×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１，银离子浓度在０～０．３２ｍｇ／Ｌ。
The color reaction of new reagent 1-(2-hydroxy-3, 5-dintrophenyl)-3-(4-Phenyazophenyl) triazene (HDNPAPT) with silver was studied. Results show that the color reagent reacts with Ag (Ⅰ) to form a stable red complex in NaOH medium and Tniton X-100. The composition of the complex is HDNPAPT:Ag+= 2:1. The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are 54onm and 5 .41×104L·mol-1·cm-1, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0 ~0. 32mg/L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of silver in synthesize waterl samples and thick lead mine samples with satisfactiry results.
