摘要
研究了新试剂1-(2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯基)-3-(4-(苯基偶氮)苯基)-三氮烯(HDNPAPT),在NaOH介质中,非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,与银离子的显色反应,研究结果表明,HDNPAPT试剂与银离子形成2:1的红色配合物,配合物的λmax=540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.41×10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1,银离子浓度在0~0.32mg/L。
The color reaction of new reagent 1-(2-hydroxy-3, 5-dintrophenyl)-3-(4-Phenyazophenyl) triazene (HDNPAPT) with silver was studied. Results show that the color reagent reacts with Ag (Ⅰ) to form a stable red complex in NaOH medium and Tniton X-100. The composition of the complex is HDNPAPT:Ag+= 2:1. The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are 54onm and 5 .41×104L·mol-1·cm-1, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0 ~0. 32mg/L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of silver in synthesize waterl samples and thick lead mine samples with satisfactiry results.
