摘要
研究了新显色剂苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(BTDAB)与Ag(Ⅰ)的双波长光度法的显色反应.实验结果表明,在TritonX100及三乙醇胺存在下,于pH值约为105的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,试剂与Ag(Ⅰ)可形成络合比为2∶1的稳定的紫红色络合物.该络合物在535nm和440nm处分别存在最大吸收和最负吸收,显色反应的表观摩尔吸光系数可达853×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Ag(Ⅰ)量在0~0.52mg·L-1范围内符合比尔定律.
Benzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene(BTDAB)is a new reagent.Its colour reaction with silver () was studied.At pH of 10.3010.70 and in the presence of triton X100 and triethanolamine silver forms a purplered complex with the reagent.The composition of the complex is MR=12.Under this condition the maximum absorption and the minimum absorption are located at 440 nm and 535 nm respectively.The apparent molor absorptivity is 8.5310\+4 L\5mol\+\{-1\}\5cm\+\{-1\},and Beers law is obeyed in the rang of 00.52 mg\5L\+\{-1\}.This method is employed to determine trace amounts of silver in fixing solution and developer solution with satisfactory results.
