摘要
研究了新合成的1-(2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯基)-3-「4-(苯基偶氮)苯基」、三氮烯(HDNPAPT)试剂,在乳化剂OP存在下与镉的显色反应。在PHO 10.30 ̄10.80的Na2B4O7-NaOH介质中,镉与HDNPAPT形成1:1的红色配合物,表观摩尔吸光系数ε530=1.85×10^3L/(mol·cm),镉浓度在0 ̄0.6mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。
The color reaction of the mew reagent 1-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitrophenyl)-3-(4-phenylazophenyl)-triazene (HDNPAPT) with cadmium has been studied.Results showed that the color reagent reacted with Cd(Ⅱ) to form a stable red complex (1:1) in the presence of emulsifier OP and Na,B4O7-NaOH(pH 10.30-10.80).The absorption maximum of apparent molar absorptivity at 530 nm is 1.85×105 ly(mol·cm).Beer's law is obeyed for cadmium(Ⅱ) in the range 0 ~ 0.6 mg/L.The method can be used in the direct determination of cadmium in practical samples with satisfactory results.
