摘要
对x Pb( Y1/2 Nb1/2 ) O3y Pb Ti O3z Pb Zr O3 三元系陶瓷材料进行了研究,对其压电与介电性能进行了测量,发现该三元系材料在 x= 0.2~0.5,y= 0.43~0.46,z= 0.55~0.58 具有优异的压电性能,在该范围内,陶瓷材料的居里点在 400 ° C以上。实验表明该材料是一种具有良好应用前景的压电材料。
The trinary system x Pb(Y 1/2 Nb 1/2 )O 3 y PbTiO 3 z PbZrO 3 ceramics material has been investigated.By measuring the piezoelectric and dielectric constants of the ceramics,it is found that this trinary system has attractive piezoelectric peroperties when x=0.2~0.5,y=0.43~0.46,z =0.55~0.58,and its curie temperature is above 400 °C in this range.The experimental results show that the trinary system ceramics is a promising candidate for use as piezoelectric materials.
