摘要
碳纳米线圈是一种具有独特螺旋形貌和优异柔性的纳米材料,将其与压电材料复合可以实现微纳器件中机械能到电能的转化。文章使用有限元方法,首次研究了碳纳米线圈/锆钛酸铅压电复合材料的压电性能。结果表明该复合材料在微米级的形变即可提供百毫伏级的电压信号可控输出,在微纳机电系统和微纳换能器中极具应用前景。
Carbon nanocoil(CNC)is a kind of nanomaterial with unique helical morphology and excellent flexible property.The transformation from mechanical energy to electrical energy is realized based on CNC/piezoelectric material composite.In this paper,lead zirconate titanate(PZT),a typical piezoelectric material,is adopted.A finite elements analysis method is used for the investigation of the piezoelectric performance of CNC/PZT nanocomposite.It is found that micron-scale deformation of nanocomposite causes sub-volt-scale voltage signal.CNC/PZT nanocomposite have great potential on micro/nano mechano-electrical system and energy transducer.
