摘要 先驱体合成法是一种专门用于B位复合钙钛矿[A(B1xB2(1-x))O3]化合物的新方法。结合国外文献及作者的实践,阐述了近年来引起关注的复合钙钛矿化合物先驱体合成法的基本原理。先将B1和B2氧化物复合成先驱体(B1xB2(1-x))O2或(B1B2)O4,然后将先驱体与A氧化物合成为单相A(B1xB2(1-x))O3钙钛矿化合物。该方法能避免焦绿石相的出现,大幅度提高了钙钛矿陶瓷的单相性,其工艺简单,且能制备亚微米粉料。 The precursor synthesis is a new method for preparing A(B 1 x B 2(1- x) )O 3 known as B site composite perovskite It's basic principle has been expounded in combination with foreign literatures and practice of present paper authors, First precursor (B 1 x B 2(1- x) )O 2 or (B 1B 2)O 4 has been synthesized by B 1 and B 2 oxides, then perovskite A(B 1 x B 2(1- x) )O 3 single phase compound has been done by the precursor and A oxide. Distinguishing features of the precursor method are that the perovskite phase purity can be improved to a great extent by bypassing formation of pyrochlore phase, submicron powder can be obtained and it's technological process is quite simple. These feature lead to wide application future of this method in industrial production of ferroelectric and piezoelectric ceramics.
