摘要
全民学习时代为电大提供了更加广阔的发展服务空间,笔者认为基于全民学习是电大发展服务的立足点,多层次立体化的教育服务和社会服务是电大发展服务的基本格局,电大应真正成为各地的远程教育和终身教育中心,拓展人才培养模式的适应空间,打造更加广阔的社会公共服务平台,真正形成崭新而又强健的教育服务和社会服务机能,拓展新领域,谋求新发展。
Life-long study period has provided a great chance for TV university,The author believe that learning is based on development of TV university and services,multi-level educational services is the basic pattern of development services,this university should be around distance education and lifelong education center,expanding personnel training mode to adapt to space,create public service platform,create a new and strong function of education services and social services,exploring new areas and seek new development.
